Who Are We
Feilding Brass is an enlarged version of a standard British Brass Band. We currently play a band of around 35 players whose ages range from 14 to 80. Our main objective is to have fun performing quality, entertaining music within our local community.
 The band's repertoire is quite large and includes a lot of modern/popular music along with major movie music and swing/jazz selections. Feilding Brass normally play about 100 different pieces each year including vocal features arranged especially for the band.
The band normally has about 15-20 gigs per year. We always attend the annual Regional Band championships and the annual National Championships as time/finances allow.

Where Are We
We are based in our own rehearsal complex in Council Place, Feilding (pop. 13,000). Feilding is situated 150km North of Wellington and 20 km North of Palmerston North in the Manawatu District of New Zealand. We rehearse on Wednesday nights from 7:30 - 9:30pm, February to December. Feilding Youth Brass
Our essential Youth Brass rehearse every Monday night and perform about 3-4 gigs per year.
